The Batman costume for sure. You got to be crazy to consider that other costume. Lol!
I personally feel that Katie should dress up as a bee. I don't know why but something is whispering that in my mind. If not the bee then probably batwoman would be best because she looks to.... stoned in the other one! Seriously...
